Shipping Policy

If you spend $75 or more, you get free shipping. 

Please allow 7-10 business for us to process your order and get your shipment ready. We use USPS for all packages. Due to postal delays beyond our control, delivery times are not guaranteed. Please allow additional time for delivery.

*No international or Canadian shipping is available at this time. 

Out-of-Stock Items

  • We will contact you if an item is out of stock or on backorder.

  • You will have the option of waiting for the item to come in, canceling the item, or replacing it with something else.

  • Most out-of-stock items should be back in stock within  2-4 weeks depending on the supplier.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:
We will accept all returns:

  • In good condition

  • Within 30 days of its purchase

  • In its original package

  • With its original receipt
     

If you would like to send an item back, simply follow these instructions:

  • Mail the item back to us at the mailing address below.

  • Include a note explaining why you are returning the item.

  • Include your name, your order#, what method you would like us to refund you, and a phone number where we can reach you.

  • When we receive your return order, we will mail you back either a check or we can refund your credit card.

  • If you would like us to refund your credit card, please give us a call at the toll-free number listed below. (For security reasons, we destroy your credit card information after we process your order.

     

Exchanges:

We will happily exchange an item for you. Simply mail us back the product:

  • In good condition

  • Within 30 days of its purchase

  • In its original package

  • With its original receipt

 

Please include:

  • A note explaining what you would like to re-order

  • Your name, return mailing address, your order#, and a phone number

  • A check or money order for the return shipping fee along with any difference in cost between the products.

  • If we owe you back a credit because of the cost difference between the items, please deduct it from the return shipping charge payment.

  • If you would like us to use your credit card to charge any return shipping fees or for a refund, please give us a call at the toll-free number listed below. (For security reasons, we destroy your credit card information after we process your order.)
     

When we receive your return, we will send out your new order. Please don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions.
